Hand Carved 1940s Shell Cameo Gold Filled Link Bracelet

A cameo is usually a carving of a man or woman done from a shell. They began as souvenirs for tourists in the early 1800s and remain very desirable today. Each profile has been carved by hand. Can you see the slight differences in their hair and faces? The ladies have been set in a 10K gold filled bracelet. The bracelet serves as a strong contrast to the cameos. Signed on the back of the clasp EB 1/20 -10k gold-filled. 

Please note: The clasp is fully functional but only opens to a 90 degree angle. It may be a little stiff from time.
