Vintage 1970s Monet Fantessa Gold Statement Necklace

The Fantessa necklace was from the 1974 collection. It is designed with burnished gold and decorative shiny tips. This necklace has always reminded of fireworks as it feels like such a celebratory piece.

In 1974 designs were slowly starting to go more minimalist as the 1980's approached. This necklace was a medium sized statement piece as opposed to larger ones that we had seen in the 1960s. A very rare Monet necklace that is featured in Alice Vega's Monet book on page 225. The crown in any collectors collection that should be worn and enjoyed.
