Vintage 1970s White Cloisonne Enamel Beaded Necklace

Cloisonne jewelry is a style of making jewelry that involves metal and enamel. The metal outlines a design on the piece and the enamel fills it in with color. The result is absolutely incredible. This is a cloisonné necklace from the 1970s. If you look closely you can see that every bead has been linked with a metal ring. This was often done by hand and takes a lot of time and patience. Even clasp has the same white floral enamel decoration as the beads. The necklace also had the original safety chain that helps prevent loss. A beautiful piece of wearable art over 45 years old.
