Arthur Pepper was a highly celebrated costume jewelry designer that signed all of his pieces ART. This is a 1970s Etruscan Revival piece by ART that was created in the 1970s. It features a stunning filigree pendant with coin drops and a double chain that lead to the same clasp in the back. The color is an antique gold or brass that adds to  texture and demotion to the piece. A fold over clasp in the back finishes the necklace and makes it very easy to put on and take off.
