Beautiful sterling vermeil heart locket. Vermeil is a term used when a piece has a sterling silver base with a gold wash over it.  It is a great way of creating gold jewelry without the heavy cost of solid gold. This heart locket is etched on both sides with beautiful scroll work. Signed on the inside with 925.
