Vintage 1960s Monet Brushed Gold Bangle Bracelet

I was fascinated to learn that the roots of the classic Monet bangle bracelet began in New Jersey. During the 1960s Monet set out to revolutionize the quality and style of the bangle bracelet. They found a tool shop in NJ that was instrumental in helping them with this.

The wider gold tone bangles are possibly the most desirable and hardest to find. Many women loved to put a thicker bangle in between some thinner pieces in their bracelet stack. There is some slight wear to the inside of this bracelet but overall good vintage condition.
