I'm not a huge fan of bugs in real life but I absolutely adore them in jewelry. This is a rare museum replica piece. It is a gold electroplated cicada. In some countries Cicadas are seen as signs of rebirth and reincarnation. A classic design with elegant edges. Signed on the back Alva Museum.
